    AlertCenter.Default.BackgroundColor = UIColor.Red;

    AlertCenter.Default.PostMessage ("Knock knock!", "Who's there?");

    AlertCenter.Default.PostMessage ("Interrupting cow.", "Interrupting cow who?",

Not working on Android. No idea why people say it doesn't work and rate it 3/4 stars.

I've been using this for a while to great effect, but I've needed to set my minimum Android target to v6 and it doesn't work - is this a known limitation, I can't find any details anywhere.

Really nice but it would be better if we could change the view size, text and so.

Like other users here if you could change the text colour this would get a 5 * review. Apart from that this was exactly what I was looking for!

Works great! Easy to implement.

The only thing missing for 5* is a way to personalize the alert - text color, font, .... Other than that - really nice!

When show the alert and an animation, the first time show the animation, but other times not, and show the alert. Anybody knows why?

Needs support for iOS8, and it will be a handy little library again. Can't use it anymore until that is fixed :(.

Hello. The alert text is cut off, when the alert text is multiple lines. My alert text is

"You have received a new Personal message. Personal Messages are sent to your Inbox on MyWebsite full site. Sign in to MyWebSite to access your Personal Messages via your Inbox on your personalised Dashboard."

Excellent component. Customizable and works really well so far. I like this as my app will need to notify users of certain events in a non-intrusive way. Works in Landscape as well as portrait, which is a big plus.

Very nice for free! Alert text is cutoff if it extends further than the alert icon used rather than adjusting to whichever is higher, and it would be nice to be able to change the background color. This component could really benefit from a few more options to allow customization of the alerts but, like I said, it's very nice for free.

A good addition to my app. Would be nice if there was some editing capabilities to the alert. ( If you use a smaller image than 48x48, the image is align to the top left.)

Very strange message positions in my iPad app. Device rotations make it crazy.

could be better looking on Android, Also it has a MAJOR bug, when I make an alert on my app, then i switch to another app (my app is still running in the background), it causes a UI block at the same position for all other apps so I can click on the facebook app menu, etc. This issue continues as long as my app is running in the background, when I close it, the UI block is resolved. Please FIX this major bug.
